SKIP Southampton

Southampton committee organise a 5-week project trip to Madagascar during university summer holidays each year.

About the branch:

We recruit volunteers to teach on these trips at the beginning of the academic year and provide them with the training to go on project throughout the year. We also help with organising fundraisers and socials

We recruit for project volunteers from September-November each year. We have stalls around campus during fresher’s fair where you can get an application form or drop us a message

If you have an interest in global health but can’t commit to summer project we are always look for help with organising, training and fundraising for the trip and would love to have you on committee!

 Formed in 2007 when we took 40 volunteers to Fianar, Madagascar - summer 2020 will be our 13th year going to Southern Madagascar!
